Frequently Asked Questions

Is the art on your products original?

Every product features either Reese's original artwork or one of his unique design concepts. Some designs are his original art enhanced with AI tools — original pieces and AI-enhanced designs will each get their own clearly labeled section as the store grows.

Who is the artist?

Reese Wilson — self-taught tattoo artist and designer based in Palmetto, GA. Every design starts as his artwork or design concept.

How much is shipping, and how long does it take?

Shipping is free on US orders of $10 or more — no code needed. The one exception is stickers, which ship flat for $4.99 — keeping shipping out of their price is what keeps them cheap. Every item is made to order: most orders are produced within 2–5 business days (up to 7 during the busy October–December season), then standard delivery takes another 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of ordering. We ship within the US only.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final — returns and refunds are not accepted. That said, if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, email us and we'll make it right.

How do I get the 15% first-order discount?

Use code IMMORTAL15 at checkout. It's one use per customer, no minimum order, applies to everything in the store — and it works alongside free shipping.

How do your sizes run?

Sizing and care details are listed on every product page — check the product you're looking at before ordering.

What do you sell?

Graphic tees, hoodies, tanks, dresses, and barware (shot glasses, flasks, and mixing glasses), all printed to order in the USA. Every piece carries Reese's artwork or one of his design concepts.

Can I watch how the designs are made?

Yes — The Design Process page has four time-lapse videos of Reese creating the Angel Warrior, Because 'Merica pin-up, Parasol, and Frosty designs. The From the Studio blog breaks down each one with links to the finished products.

How do I contact you?

Email renderedimmortaldesign@gmail.com — that's the fastest way to reach the studio about an order or anything else.
