Shipping Policy - Rendered Immortal
Every order is made to order
Nothing at Rendered Immortal sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, your item is printed
by one of our US print partners and shipped straight to you. That takes a little longer than
off-the-shelf retail - here's exactly what to expect.
Production time
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2-5 business days. During busy periods
(especially October through December), production can take up to 7 business days.
Shipping time (US only)
We currently ship within the United States only. Once your order leaves the print partner,
standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 5-10
business days of ordering; please allow up to 12 business days during peak season.
Shipping costs
US shipping is free on orders of $10 or more - no code needed. The cost is already built into our
prices. The one exception is stickers: single stickers and the sticker sheet ship flat for $4.99.
Keeping shipping out of their price is what keeps them cheap. Items in a multi-item order may
ship in separate packages as each one finishes production.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Problems with delivery
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at
deskayn@gmail.com and we'll make it right. If you enter the wrong shipping address, contact us
right away - once an order enters production, we can't change where it's headed.
