Refund Policy - Rendered Immortal

Made-to-order, all sales final

Every item at Rendered Immortal is printed to order - just for you - by one of our US print

partners. Because nothing is pulled off a shelf, we can't restock or resell a returned item. All

sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right

Final doesn't mean you're on your own. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or doesn't

arrive at all, email renderedimmortaldesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of

the issue, and we'll reprint or refund the affected item - whichever makes it right fastest.

Wrong address or changed your mind

If you entered the wrong shipping address, email us right away - but once an order enters

production we can't reroute it, and we can't refund an item that's already been printed.

Double-check your address at checkout.

Digital downloads

Digital art bundles are delivered instantly and can't be returned - but if a file won't download or

opens corrupted, email us and we'll send you a fresh copy.
